Staycation 2021

Oh my stars! What have we been up to?

In June and then again in September, Annie’s hosted the 10th (and 11th!) Staycation over a long weekend. Participants worked for three days to design and create four stunning star blocks. They challenged themselves to embrace new colors, learned and perfected new skills, and made new friends.

The class is an annual (but sometimes biannual!) gathering where students make an entire quilt top over a single long weekend. Roz is available to help select fabrics prior to the event. During the weekend she works one-on-one with each student to make sure they’re successful. At the end of three days, everyone leaves well on their way to a finished piece.
